A day after Delve’s founder and CEO Karun Kaushik published a lengthy post on X denying allegations that the startup was faking evidence for its customers’ compliance audits, the anonymous accuser posted again.

The accuser, who goes by the name DeepDelver, doubled down and presented alleged receipts including a video and Slack messages. DeepDelver also said to expect more posts like this one. Delve automates work for obtaining security certifications and proving compliance with laws like GDPR.

The company, which graduated from Y Combinator in 2023, was founded by 21-year-old MIT dropouts.

The founders raised a $32 million Series A round last summer led by Insight, just a few months after its $3 million seed round
